We're happy we decided to give Wingstop another try. We previously had a horrible experience at another location. The regional manager reached out to us in attempt to make things right. (which she did!) And encourage us to give a different location a try. (Which we did) We drove 25 minutes to this location and it was well worth it! Upon entering the store it was small, but it was clean and they have an outdoor seating area which was clean as well. We were instantly greeted by smiling employees! The service was great! Mathew was Amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best customer service experience. Our food was Fresh and perfectly seasoned and sauced! BTW if you haven't tried their Cajun fried corn... you're definitely missing out! It is Delicious! Thank you Jessica & Mathew for Great Customer Service!
i must've came at a good time because my wings were super good and crispy. usually the quality varies but this time they didn't disappoint.
So we have never been to this location before, but decided to get a party pack for my kid's graduation. Service was great (says my husband), wings were delicious and tasty, the dry rub wings were crispy and the saucy sings were saucy. I deducted a star because 1) Our order wasn't ready at the specified pick up time and my husband ended up waiting (no big deal, I'm sure there was a lunch rush) 2) The fries were booty (super soggy) and 3) The paper bags were falling apart at the bottom because they put ice cubes in the veggie stick trays and it barely made it to the table before breaking open at the bottom. Plus not to mention 50 wings some veggie sticks and two orders of fries was pushing $90! So 4 stars because it was a special occasion and would be back only if another special occasion arose because it's fancy dining out prices.
We got some boneless wings to go and our order came in fairly quick. I saw reviews saying a lot of negative things, but I didn't experience that myself. The quality of the food was good and the sauces were flavorful. I especially liked the spicy Korean q flavor out of the three we had. Lemon pepper was also good, but it was just a bit dry. It would be good seasoning on the fries, in my opinion. The only downside is I like to have a bit of crispiness in both my wings and my fries, and these were more on the soft/mushy side. However, I could possibly attribute that to the fact that this was delivery, so it's not as fresh as you would get indoors. Ordering online was quick and easy, and it made for a fast dinner for us!
I have read most of these reviews. I am by how many 1 stars have been given based on things that have zero to do with the food. Most comments are based on the employees greeting them when they walked through the door. I observed this team this time. The store was clean and fresh, keep in mind it's crazy busy in here! There were 6 men that walked in and a before they reached the counter they staff came out and greeted them. My order was not done when I got there, but the kind young lady met me and checked my order, then came out and gave me a time. She was spot on and I didn't wait longer than 5 min. I think people forget that young people get first jobs. They use these opportunities to learn and grow into good employees. I take the perspective that being kind and engaging helps them learn how to interact with people well. Instead of feeling entitled to be treated like royalty everywhere you go, maybe think about others and make their experience better.
